BASKETBALL 1 ON 1 TRAINING:
1 on 1 court training for basketball. This training gives you a personal touch with Coach Robyn 1 on 1 where you gain a tremendous amount of reps with ball handling, shooting, and passing. Training sessions are hour-long lessons designed to maximize the individual attention players receive from the coach while focusing on specific weaknesses of the player(s). Shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, offensive skills, and athleticism are some of the areas that Gray Fit can work on. Coach Robyn will provide each player as much individual attention as possible while passing along the most important skills she's learned from some of the top coaches in the world.
